BACKBefore joining Eptalex, Kilda worked together with other law firms in Milan, specialized in civil law and in civil and commercial litigation, assisting both individuals and corporations in several practice areas.
Kilda has gained expertise in commercial contracts, both in the drafting and in the pathological phase; in judicial proceedings in civil and commercial matters, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Thanks to her expertise in the latter, Kilda took part in an arbitration on the subject of project contracts, as Secretary of the Arbitration Board.
She also contributes to an online network aimed at contributing to the accessibility of the law and to the clarity and conciseness of legal language which organizes events supported by the High School of Legal Profession.
