Prior to joining our team, Anthony immersed himself in a diverse array of domestic, regional, and international corporate transactions, solidifying his proficiency in the intricate nuances of the field. During this time, he drafted and reviewed numerous Share Purchase Agreements, Equity Incentive Plans, JV agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Non-Binding Offers, and process letters.
His professional background encompasses a wide spectrum of activities including mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and corporate governance. Anthony’s dedication to providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions is evident in his approach to client service.
Anthony was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2023, further validating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice and ethics.
