Experience

Georges is a seasoned lawyer with over 12 years’ experience working both at court and in house. He is heavily involved in due diligence operations and advises on all aspects of real estate and construction issues and their operational impact, as well as providing legal advice and consulting on various situations. He drafts a plethora of agreements, including sales agreements, mortgages, options to buy, leasing, and development agreements. He is also versed liaising with land registries and the intricacies thereto.
Georges is a core member of Eptalex’ real estate and construction desk, both at a transactional and dispute resolution level. He handles a variety of non-contentious real estate issues, including development and investment. On the contentious side, he is involved in the Firm’s highest profile construction and litigation cases in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, before local courts of all levels and before arbitration centers including DIFC, DIAC-LCIA (before its abolishment), and ICC.
