Layal joined Eptalex in August 2022. She is a Civil Engineer holding a Master II of Research in Public Law.

Layal assists our litigation and arbitration departments with a special focus on cases related to construction, by conducting relevant legal research and preparing legal memoranda, motions, briefs and other documents necessary to the litigation process.

Prior to joining Eptalex, Layal gained experience in the civil engineering industry and in Legal research.
Accolades:
● Layal holds certificates in Contract Management (based on FIDIC form of contracts), Contracts Claims & Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. She was, also, classified as Arbitrator (A) by the Arab Association for Engineering Arbitration in the Federation of Arab Engineers.
