Internationalization, Corporate, Commercial Transactions

Luca is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and a registered Legal Consultant with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD). At the Firm, he works heavily within the Corporate, Banking & Finance and Internationalization departments. He has experience working with European banking law — including MIFID, prudential requirements and syndicated lending. He also worked briefly at the compliance function of a Lebane financial institution before joining Eptalex.

His practice focuses on fund finance and formation, corporate/M&A transactions, joint ventures and other commercial agreements, regulatory advice, transaction compliance, corporate governance and board room advisory. Much of his work has an international dimension, with a large part of his practice having a Middle Eastern, European and US bias.
