BACKGeorges Abi Habib is a partner at Eptalex Law Firm in the UAE and KSA. He is a Lebanese attorney with more than 15 years of experience advising founders, family offices, investors, and operating businesses on cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and complex commercial matters across Lebanon, the GCC, Europe, and the United States.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private client structuring, and strategic negotiations. Georges has advised on multi-million-dollar acquisitions, private equity fund structures, trust settlements, and sensitive shareholder matters, as well as trademark disputes and strategic exits. His experience extends to major regional projects, including matters connected to NEOM and large-scale infrastructure developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as international media and technology businesses.
Georges has also led complex restructurings involving U.S. and Middle Eastern entities, handled aircraft sale documentation under the Cape Town Convention, and negotiated cooperation and concession arrangements with leading global counterparties, including multinational corporations and public-sector stakeholders.
His industry exposure spans technology, media, luxury and retail, automotive, and concession-based projects. He regularly advises clients on navigating regulatory frameworks, structuring investments, and managing legal risk in multi-jurisdictional environments.
Georges holds an LL.M. in International Comparative Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Sagesse University in Lebanon. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
