BACKBefore joining the Eptalex team, Ingrid immersed herself in the legal profession in all its aspects through successive and enriching experiences, which include consultations in the legal department of a big European insurance company and intensive participation in the Lebanese parliamentary committees.
Ingrid handles business and transactional operations and treats the related legal issues encountered by clients. She guides them on how they carry out business dealings and investments with other companies or individuals. Through legal research, due diligence, negotiating, drafting and elaborating strategies and agreements, Ingrid helps create the deals that allow the client to start or manage successful companies, and benefit from secured and fruitful investments.
Furthermore, Ingrid offers clients expert guidance in navigating the complexities of tax regulations. With a pragmatic approach, Ingrid is committed to providing effective solutions and strategic insights to address clients’ legal and tax-related needs.
She also provides services for insurance companies and insures their compliance with the current regulations. She guides clients in their operations related to insurance products as well.
Ingrid is a member of the firm’s research and innovation department in which she uses her research and analytical skills to assess and examine the Lebanese legislative situation, and to propose action plans in favor of the clients and the Lebanese system
Previously, Ingrid actively took part in a Legal Clinic organized by the Saint Joseph University to offer legal consultancy and advice to underprivileged people. She is also a social activist who has volunteered with many prominent NGOs.
Ingrid joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2020.
