BACKRebecca works within the litigation and corporate departments at our firm. She provides strategic recommendations in line with the best practices to our clients in forming and maintaining companies at the Commercial Registry and prepares all necessary documents in that regards including all constitutional documents for the incorporation of companies and minutes of meetings (general assemblies, board of directors).
Rebecca also conducts legal research, prepares, reviews, and negotiates contracts for a variety of corporate transactions. She drafts legal opinions related to corporate law. She handles the incorporation of new entities and conducts the trademark registration process.
Rebecca joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2021.
